Hello,

id : 50ac61

I have just installed the elasticsearch heroku add-on and setup security for a user with a role "transport\_client", but for some reason i'm not able to login with my own code or for that matter with the example on github [https://github.com/elastic/found-shield-example](https://github.com/elastic/found-shield-example).

I'm getting this error, what I'm missing?

```
[2017-07-20T17:22:22,151][INFO][o.e.c.t.TransportClientNodesService] [_client_] failed to get node info for {#transport#-1}{n8mE8PVFSBepzlHfkbeYzw}{50ac61xxxxxx.eu-west-1.aws.found.io}{xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:9343}, disconnecting...
org.elasticsearch.transport.RemoteTransportException: [[503]: [Unable to route for: [50ac61xxxxxx]]]
```

Flemming

It looks like this is a cloud issue rather than an X-Pack one.

Would you be able to raise a ticket with our cloud team to try and sort it out?
[This post](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/now-live-new-elastic-cloud-standard-support/84161) has all the details you should need for that.
