# Not able to install X-Pack on Kibana in Windows environment

I am able to install x-pack on elasticsearch but on Kibana it is not going through. Tried on different servers, n number of times, but no luck. Getting the following error message.

D:\elastic-5.0.0\kibana-5.0.0-windows-x86\bin\>kibana-plugin.bat install x-pack  
Attempting to transfer from x-pack  
Attempting to transfer from [https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/kibana-plugins/x-pack/x-pack-5.0.0.zip](https://artifacts.elastic.co/downloads/kibana-plugins/x-pack/x-pack-5.0.0.zip)  
Error: Client request error: connect ETIMEDOUT 184.73.218.216:443  
Plugin installation was unsuccessful due to error "Client request error: connect ETIMEDOUT 184.73.218.216:443"

Looks like it might be a network issue on your end. The link it's showing works for me. Maybe try it again, possibly on another network if you can.
