Hi,
I'm new to elastic cloud.
I created a superuser in kibana.
Not able to logon...bad user name or password.

I've checked the documentation.

What do I mist ?
Thank in advance 🙂

Hi @jleroux1 , welcome to our community.

But can you log in with another user?

Hi @jleroux1,

Welcome! Is this a new user you created, rather than the `elastic` superuser credentials shared in the UI when you created the cluster?

In the case of the former, delete and recreate is probably the easiest. For the latter you can follow [these steps to reset the password](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud/current/ec-password-reset.html).

Hope that helps!

Are you running on Azure by any chance?

If so, you might be hitting this: [Unable to login to Elastic Cloud using Microsoft login](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/unable-to-login-to-elastic-cloud-using-microsoft-login/368393)

Hi Alex.
I can log only with user created in the organization. I know that at the organization level user will have Access to all instance and I can assign roles.

But...what is the difference with user created in Kibana / Management / Security / Users...where I can configure more granular policies ?

Try to reset password..no can do and my deploiment is in azure.

Jasmin
