# Not able to save Visualize or Query

Hi all,

I am not able to save new query or visualize in Kibana, I am getting message "An error occurred while saving. Error: Forbidden" I am using version 7.11.0. I have search about the error here and other forums all leads to disk space issue.  
I have tried to set below setting using DEV API.

PUT \_all/\_settings  
{  
"index.blocks.read\_only\_allow\_delete": null  
}

also tried

PUT \_cluster/settings  
{  
"transient": {  
"cluster.routing.allocation.disk.watermark.low": "120gb",  
"cluster.routing.allocation.disk.watermark.high": "50gb",  
"cluster.routing.allocation.disk.watermark.flood\_stage": "10gb",  
"cluster.info.update.interval": "1m"  
}  
}

neither this worked.

current I see free space available:  
Disk Available 49.04% 196.2 GB / 400.0 GB

Could someone kindly help with this issue please ?

What is the role of your user ? and what privileges does it have ?

Hi thanks for the reply  
I managed to get full error message, looks like the error was on index ".kibana\_2" which was block write, I have managed to fix by following command:

PUT .kibana\_2/\_settings  
{"index" : {"blocks": { "write": "false" }}}
