Hello together,

currently we are starting to use Elasticsearch as a component to realize our application search.

Now we ask ourselves the question if it is basically okay to offer other **foreign applications** in our company the possibility to add their indexes into the same cluster at a later time, or if it is the better alternative to set up separate clusters.

From our point of view, we are worried that problems may arise when the various applications have to share the resources unaccompanied.

Further questions would be the security of the data between the different applications.

Since a management decision will probably be made in this concern (before we can collect experience on our own), we would be grateful for numerous tips on decision-making.

Thanks Mero
