Hello, I have a question: it's possibile to integrate into a custom plugin the Openlayers library with angularJS to define a component with a map? ---

Yes, that should be possible. You may look at the [region map](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/tree/master/src/legacy/core_plugins/region_map) and [tile map](https://github.com/elastic/kibana/tree/master/src/legacy/core_plugins/tile_map) plugins for inspiration. But you may also want to try the Maps plugin that is being developed for 6.7/7.0 to see if that fits your needs. You can try it out in the [Preview release of 7.0](https://www.elastic.co/downloads/kibana#preview-release). ---
