I am attempting to create a docker compose setup that

- Starts Elasticsearch with security enabled (8.5)
- Starts Kibana
- Starts APM Server (standalone)
- Starts a node application that is instrumentation with OpenTelemetry

I'm sending metrics to APM Server using `OTLPMetricExporter` and I'm getting a `200` response from the APM Server.

However, I'm not seeing the data in Elasticsearch and there are no visible errors in the console.

The entire example is on [GitHub](https://github.com/lizozom/docker-elastic-observability-with-otel) and to run it you need to run

```auto
   make setup
   docker compose build
   docker compose up
```
