In the document of elastic search output plugin [(document link)](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/plugins-outputs-elasticsearch.html), it is mentioned under 'workers' that "Output workers are no longer supported. Please use plugin workers".

I did not understand the meaning of it. What does it mean by 'plugin workers' ?
How do I use the 'workers' attribute?

Perhaps they mean pipeline workers?

Thank you Magnus for replying. May be you are right.

Could you please also have a look at question given at [Bottleneck while inputting data into the elasticsearch](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/bottleneck-while-inputting-data-into-the-elasticsearch/67735) ???
Please let me know if you have any idea how to solve this issue. 🙂

I think you can see logstash.yml :[https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/5.0/logstash-settings-file.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/5.0/logstash-settings-file.html)
