# Packetbeat can't show Client locations

I installed Packetbeat, but the Client locations didn't show anything only the map.

For getting the client locations in the map, you need to configure GeoIP support. See [this documentation](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/beats/packetbeat/6.0/packetbeat-geoip.html) on how to add GeoIP.
