No, it currently doesn't understand the protocol used between the Elasticsearch nodes. Conceptually this would be possible, but likely fairly complex to implement. ---

Some of the more interesting monitoring scenarios relate to distributed systems like Elasticsearch and Cassandra. Atm, the protocol coverage of packetbeat seems rather narrow ☹ ---
