Hi

I have followed instructions from here: [P/C on Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/guide/2.x/parent-child.html)

P/C doesn't seem to work with Elastic 6.1.1, however, it worked with 5.4.0

Did I miss anything or was this feature removed from the newer releases?

My first post on this forum 🙂

Cheers
