# Pass the data into alert actions

Hi,

I have created the Threshold based alert. It is executing a query against `staging_logs` and `production_logs` indices. How can I pass down the index in actions? I mean if the rule got triggered on some log in `staging_logs` index, I want to pass this index in actions.
