# Percentage kibana

Hi all  
I have confused about map in kibana, because I have a case like this:

- let's say there are 5000 total of data
- let's say 500 row data is grouped by potential category
- I want to percentage it using this formula: (500/5000)\*100

is there a way if want to show in map visualization ? because I have tried using region map but I didn't find what I wanted ...

Hi @rwr,

Could you perhaps provide an example of one of the documents from your data, and a description of how you are hoping to visualize it? I'm having a hard time picturing the data you are working with, and some more concrete examples might help.
