# Perfect way to get logs out of windows

hi,

i have tried so many things like nxlog,logstash in windows but there are certain areas which i am failing to understand.

do we have any guide here to give us a perfect way to send logs out of windows machine?

NXlog is in my opinion the best way to do it right now because it understands all the objects in the event. It can then transform the event into a json object that you can ship to Logstash for easy parsing.
