# Pipeline error

Hi all,  
I've configured a custom pipeline.  
When the pipeline fails documents are not inserted in the data stream.  
No errors.  
No errors even though I have inserted a Failure processor that sets an 'error' field. Pipeline tests are successful. What can I do to help troubleshoot?
