# Platinum license

Hi everyone!
I am attempting to purchase a platinum license, but first, I need to know what features are available. Does the license allow for connecting multiple nodes in the cluster, or just one node?
If not what are the features available with one licence?

You need to contact elastic for information about purchasing licenses.
But you can see the features included in each tier here: [Subscriptions | Elastic Stack Products & Support | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/subscriptions)
If I'm not wrong platinum licenses for on-premises are per node, so if you buy a license to 20 nodes, you can add a maximum of 20 nodes that count against the license (some nodes, like ingest only nodes does not count against the license I think).

Not sure what you mean with that, you need to contact Elastic for questions about how license works.
