I'm installing Elasticsearch in EC2 environment and setting elasticsearch.yml file, but I keep getting the following error

```auto
fatal exception while booting Elasticsearch
org.elasticsearch.transport.BindTransportException: Failed to bind to 3.35.215.124:8800
```

my elasticsearch.yml File
