# Plugin install -\> jruby.exe: command not found

When I try to install the BigQuery plugin, such that I can stream data from server, via Logstash, to BigQuery: `bin/logstash-plugin install logstash-output-google_bigquery` I receive the error message saying

```auto
/<path-to-logstash>/logstash-7.3.1/vendor/jruby/bin/jruby: line 22: jruby.exe: command not found

```

Please note that there are no spaces in `<path-to-logstash>`.

Version: 7.3.1  
OS: Windows 10
