We currently have an EQL query that is able to calculate PQ usage percentage.

However now we have a new requirement. If there is a sudden increase in the "PQ Size - growth" by let say 10% in 30 mins. we need it to be aware.

I assume I can use any of the fields below. but how do i construct my query. Or is there a better approach? Any pointers or advice would be appreciated.

logstash.pipeline.total.flow.queue\_persisted\_growth\_bytes.current
logstash.pipeline.total.flow.queue\_persisted\_growth\_bytes.last\_1\_minute
logstash.pipeline.total.flow.queue\_persisted\_growth\_events.current
logstash.pipeline.total.flow.queue\_persisted\_growth\_events.last\_1\_minute

thanks

Hi @Whoami1980

Perhaps take a look at `CHANGE_POINT` it does require a license but if you have one it might help you

> **[ES|QL CHANGE\_POINT command | Elasticsearch Reference](https://www.elastic.co/docs/reference/query-languages/esql/commands/change-point)**

If you don't have a license, I can show you how to do a pretty simple / brute comparison of a previous time frame versus now and calculate a Delta percentage
