# Problem Dividing Metrics in TVSB

Hi,

I am recent to Kibana and I am having issues displaying a metric which is the result of a division of two fields. I am trying to do this in TVSB and this is the current setup I have:

I know the count of device\_id is around 187k and the count of household\_id is around 167k. So I expect the metric to show 1,2 but at the time it says " No results found". What am I doing wrong?

This might be a bit easier to do in Lens with a custom formula -

Sorry but how do I add a custom formula in an axis in Lens?  
I do not think I have that menu. I have these options for the vertical axis.

ah, this was added at version 7.14. Are you able to upgrade?

I have an enterprise edition. I cannot upgrade from the version I have at the moment. Is this still doable?
