# Problem install \\\\.\\pipe\\elastic-agent-system not found

hello,  
i want to report about install problems on windows server.  
The install failed until i removed "Windows Syubsystem for linux" from the computer.  
Guess the setup mixed up environments.  
The error message was:

> desc = "transport: Error while dialing: open \\\\.\\pipe\\elastic-agent-system: Das System kann die angegebene Datei nicht finden."'

As mentioned - uninstalling the linux environment fixed the issue.
