# Problem with dns in kibana - lb

Hi,  
this is my kibana yml file:

```auto
apiVersion: kibana.k8s.elastic.co/v1
kind: Kibana
metadata:
  name: quickstart
spec:
  version: 7.6.2
  count: 1
  elasticsearchRef:
    name: cdbridgerpayelasticsearch
  http:
    service:
        spec:
            type: LoadBalancer

        - ip: 160.46.176.15
        - dns: hulk.example.com

```

It ran very well:

> $ kubectl get kibana

I can access the kibana with the external ip:

> kubectl get svc

but,  
I cant access with the dns:
