# Problem with installing Plugin - no Java detected

When I try install plugin on Ubuntu on Windows 10 ( with the command: sudo bin/elasticsearch-plugin install analysis-stempel) i get the error: could not find java in JAVA\_HOME or bundled at /mnt/c/Users/DXXXX/elasticsearch-7.3.1/jdk/bin/java  
I have all variable paths set, but I do not have java file inside elasticsearch-7.3.1/jdk/bin/..  
I tried to create such a file and paste java.exe there but it didn't work.  
I also tried to download zip and install it using ubuntu - the same result.  
What I am doing wrong? What shoud I check?
