Hi @ILYASS , welcome to the forum !

What kind of service are you trying to profile exactly ? Do you have a bit more details on the frameworks used ?

If it's a service written in Java, I strongly suggest that you start with reading this for an [overview of what is possible](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/apm/agent/java/current/java-method-monitoring.html) with APM agent.

I'm not familiar with Hybris, thus you should:

- check the underlying technologies in our [supported technologies](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/apm/agent/java/current/supported-technologies-details.html) page.
- deploy the agent with a local/non-production environment [setup instructions](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/apm/agent/java/current/setup.html).
