The information I am logging is all ending up as a JSON string in a top-level item named `message`. How can I promote the properties of that `message` entry to top-level entries? Please be aware that I currently know nothing about logstash/kibana etc. This a learning exercise, so if I need to install a plugin and/or edit a config file then I might have to ask how to do some very basic things. Thanks ---
