# Puppet Modules for ES 5.0?

Hi
Are there any puppet modules that will install Elasticsearch 5.0? Looking at the official package it doesn't mention if it supports the latest version or not.
We want to upgrade but require a puppet module to roll this out.

Hi @fatmanmclone90! I'm currently the chief maintainer for the module and 5.0 support is in in the works, you [can track its status in the issue created to monitor 5.0 support progress](https://github.com/elastic/puppet-elasticsearch/issues/623#issue-153229232).
There are a few pieces missing still for full 5.x support, but lots of the checkboxes have been ticked so support is well on its way.
