# Query cache is getting evicted though we have enough memory available (8.10 and 8.12 version)

Query cache is getting evicted though we have enough memory available. We are seeing this behavior only from version 8.10, we tried upgrading the cluster to 8.12 as well but still the last workable stable version on this was 8.7.
