We have just released Rally 0.7.1. Rally is now able to use multiple machines to generate load. We've also improved Rally's resiliency if it cannot gather certain cluster metadata.

## How to...?

- ... upgrade: `pip3 install --upgrade esrally`
- ... install: `pip3 install esrally`

Note: Depending on your system setup you probably need to prepend these commands with `sudo`.

Please follow the [quickstart](https://esrally.readthedocs.io/en/stable/quickstart.html) for a first time install.

## Release Highlights

Rally can now [use multiple machines to generate load](https://github.com/elastic/rally/issues/257). See the [recipe section in the docs](http://esrally.readthedocs.io/en/stable/recipes.html#distributing-the-load-test-driver) for a complete example.

See the [full list of changes on the 0.7.1 release page](https://github.com/elastic/rally/releases/tag/0.7.1).

## Questions and Feedback

If you have questions or feedback, please just post in the [Rally forum](https://discuss.elastic.co/c/elasticsearch/rally).
