# Rally 0.9.1 released

We have just released Rally 0.9.1. This release fixes prematures benchmark failures when JDK 9 is not installed (see also [the 0.9.1 release page](https://github.com/elastic/rally/releases/tag/0.9.1)).

## How to...?

- ... upgrade: `pip3 install --upgrade esrally`
- ... install: `pip3 install esrally`

Note: Depending on your system setup you probably need to prepend these commands with `sudo`.

Please follow the [quickstart](https://esrally.readthedocs.io/en/stable/quickstart.html) for a first time install.
