# Read time out error

Hi,

We are getting the read time out error while checking the cluster health and the version we are using 6.2.4 Please can you suggest us the reason for the cause, and let us know if any other details are required.

In the master logs we got the below error  
Shield.transport.netty... SSL/TLS handshake failed closing
