# Recover missing account

Hi every one, I looking for a support contact that can help to retrive an account that a former employee uses to administrate our elastic cloud account.

Per the docs you should reach out to

[support@elastic.co](mailto:support@elastic.co) via email

Also If your company still has access to the email account you can simply reset the password.
