when my clusters with the defalut value of indices.recovery.max\_bytes\_per\_sec, i found the network rate almost stay at the level of 150Mb/s while i restart one node. After i set it as 10mb,i got a network rate level of 30Mb/s, so why isn't 10Mb/s?
the version of es is 6.2.2.thks!
