# Regenerate certificates

How can I regenerate certificates same as Ubuntu package is doing it after install? How this installation script looks like / where can I found it? I need extend certificate (regenerate) after 2 years. Looks like there is no buildin option for that and when I create the names etc are diffrent. Best way would be buildin option for that or commands which are used by installator, I am looking for non-interactive way, as I need do it for many enviroment and would like only transfer HTTP certificate for other logstashes.

Any idea how to solve this? Does no one have such problems? How do you extend the certificate? Why does the installer do it easily himself and then there is no possibility of regenerating it without a lot of manual work?
