Can the value of [`patterns_dir`](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/plugins-filters-grok.html#plugins-filters-grok-patterns_dir) be relative? If so, where is it relative to?

I'm deploying Logstash using a dependency management system that could effect its install location. I don't want my configs to be sensitive to their absolute location by hard-coding the expecting install location, if possible.
