# Reporting error forbidden kibana

Hi,  
I got the error "reporting error forbidden kibana" when I'm trying to download the CSV file from Kibana...  
User privileges are kibana\_user, reporting\_user.

Hi, you might have seen it already, but there's a little tutorial in the docs for how to configure Kibana: [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/secure-reporting.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/secure-reporting.html)

Could you go through the steps and check whether you got all of that covered? Index permissions, space permissions, and so on.

Also, which version of Kibana are you running?

I did kibana configurations in [https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/secure-reporting.html](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/secure-reporting.html) but I got the same error.

Also generating the CSV file worked properly a few days ago...

Also, there is the same error when using superuser(elastic user).

What is your recommendation to solve this problem?
