# Reporting job is still pending despite having killed previous job

Hi. I’m experiencing the same issue as this Closed ticket, which seemingly didn’t have a resolution: [Need to stop all Pending jobs in reporting](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/need-to-stop-all-pending-jobs-in-reporting/233125)

I accidentally hit “Download CSV” in a report that was far too big to be downloaded and the job generating this report got stuck. Instead of waiting for the timeout I decided to kill it by following the instructions of the aforementioned link. However, the new report still appears as “Pending - waiting for job to be processed”.

I’m using Elasticsearch 6.8.8. What can I do to go ahead with the new report?
