Hello team,

When I reading Kibana User Guide-\>Dashboard Guide, I see a picture where adding a filter panel into the Dashboard. Please refer to below screenshot.

1. How to add such filter panel?
2. Is such filter panel apply the changes to all panels in current dashboard?
