# Response Errors Intake API: Internal Error

I have setup Elastic APM server and start Internal Monitoring of Elastic APM Server.  
I am getting Internal Error in as below (its only 1 percent of success response). How can I figure out whats the issue.

Two types of internal errors occurred:

```
1. "response_code": 500, "error": "unexpected EOF, context canceled"
2. "response_code": 500, "error": "read tcp 172.x.x.x:8200->10.x.x.x:41954: i/o timeout, context canceled"
```
