# Resubscribe alerting email

I was Unsubscribe from Watcher alert by error , and i can't find way to re-subscribe.

My email is already in white list

If so can you submit a ticket via [https://cloud.elastic.co/help](https://cloud.elastic.co/help)?

If not, can you give some more details since I don't immediately recognize the feature that's causing you problems
