# Ruby test framework documentation

Hi,

I want to write a ruby filter for logstash including some tests. I've read the [examples](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/logstash/current/plugins-filters-ruby.html) and another [blog](https://www.elastic.co/blog/moving-ruby-code-out-of-logstash-pipeline), but I can't find any documentation about how to write such tests. Can anybody help me with that?
