# Search UI and result ranking

I'm trying to figure out how to use search ui (using react package) and determine if a result has been modified.

Here there are "sponsored results" -- I was told this was done by result ranking (which I understand how to do: [https://swiftype.com/documentation/site-search/guides/result-rankings](https://swiftype.com/documentation/site-search/guides/result-rankings)) but I'm not determining how through the api, that these are shown... can someone point me in the right direction?

Here is the results I'm trying to mimic.
