# Searches are not returning all the results

Few searches retunring  
Fetch Failed [Failed to fetch doc id [241839]]]; nested: EOFException[seek past EOF: MMapIndexInput(path="/data/elasticsearch/clusterdata/data/ieeecs\_es\_nj/nodes/0/indices/csv1/0/index/\_1f9s.fdt")]; "

Is the data corrupted? If yes how do we fix it?

We have 3 nodes with 2 replicas.
