# Seems Role Kibana privileges are not the same as the DOCS

Hello I'm trying to create an User/Role to view only dashboard, I'm following this [Kibana role management | Kibana Guide [8.0] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/8.0/kibana-role-management.html) .

However on this section [Kibana role management | Kibana Guide [8.0] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/8.0/kibana-role-management.html#adding_kibana_privileges) as the image suggests it seems that are more options inside Discover, Dashboard and Visualize Library.

But not for me:

PS: This question is related to this one [Hide Search Bar and Time Control on Kibana Dashboard, ES 8.0](https://discuss.elastic.co/t/hide-search-bar-and-time-control-on-kibana-dashboard-es-8-0/305540) . I'm almost sure that I have done this in past, but I can't remember how and can't find anything that helps.

Looks like you are using a Basic License ... those extra drop down are available with a commercial license.

Basic License

Trial License I capture the extra features for you... Note you can use saved sessions with basic license but it seems like the ability to limit them in a space is commercial feature
