# Send APM data to two nodes

To send APM data to two or more nodes I have to configure output in APM configuration. I have two nodes cluster. One of the node has Fleet and APM server installed. Which configuration should I use to send data to both nodes?

type: elasticsearch  
or  
type: remote elasticsearch
