# Send Logs Analysis to IBM BLuemix - How and which Elastic component?

I am new with Elastic tools.  
I want to send logs analysis from Window server to IBM BLuemix.  
I used Logstash and Filebeat without success. I don't know which tool and how to? Please assist.
