I need information about master, data, inget, and coordination server requirements. Anyone can share with me about CPU and Memory needs of each role node?

That will depend a lot on the use case and the volumes of data, querying and indexing the cluster need to support. Also note that what often ends up limiting performance is the performance of the storage used, which you have not listed.

You need to describe the use case, data volumes and details about the load and retention period.
