# Service based on elasticsearch basic license the terms of agreement

Hello,
from my understanding, It would not be a violation of the terms of basic license agreement to provide a paid monitoring service based on ELK stack as long as I do not grant access to kibana dashboards for customers. But I wanted to ask if It would be a violation of the terms If the customer gets automatically generated rapport based on csv download option in kibana? If not could he also gets screenshots from dashboards?

Be sure to clarify if you will be using the Basic License or OSS License they are 2 different distributions. I would suggest describing your use case best you can.
