# Setting up Okta instegration for Cloud Elastic

Hi there, could anyone please provide some intuitive doco explaining the steps to Integrate Azure Elastic authentication to Okta using SAML

You have 3 products in your sentence. Azure, Okta and the Elastic Stack. From These 3 , okta is an Identity Provider and the Elastic Stack is a Service Provider. Azure (assuming that you mean Azure AD ) is also an Identity Provider. You can;t use all three of these.

if you want to authenticate to the Elastic Stack using Okta you can check [Secure your clusters with SAML | Elastic Cloud Enterprise Reference [3.6] | Elastic](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/cloud-enterprise/current/ece-securing-clusters-SAML.html) as we don't have a specific documentation or blog regarding Okta
