Installing logstash on [Rocky Linux 9](https://rockylinux.org/) is failing with this error message: "Key import failed (code 2)"

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the problem may be that RHEL 9 has [deprecated SHA-1](https://access.redhat.com/articles/6846411).

Is there a SHA256 or SHA521 version of elastic's GPG key available? Is it safe to assume the current key is signed with SHA1?
