# Share only the dasboard

I am trying to display the kibana dashboard in one of the html page. I use the share option provided in the dashboard

But instead of getting only that particular dashboard, with this link, I am able to see whole kibana with all the menu items, index patterns, all other visualizations, dev tools etc.

Is there any way I can share only t hat particular dashboard ?

You need to use the "embed code" instead of permalink: ![Screenshot 2021-02-11 at 10.04.01](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/elastic/original/3X/8/a/8a432d2d34e76757f11b4e92c7441deeb54d512a.png)

It will put an HTML snippet in your clipboard containing an iframe which renders just the dashboard without the chrome.

If you need just the URL, you can just remove the html stuff, it will work as well if you navigate to the URL directly
